At a young age, working alongside his father and grandfather, he found his real passion for construction. Dustin gained his Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in 2006. After college, Dustin worked for a Multi-Family Construction developer in Houston as a Field Superintendent, where he was responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and final delivery of over 800 luxury apartment units in the Greater Houston area. From there, Dustin moved to Corporate Real Estate Development, where he successfully managed and delivered over $800 million in many landmark commercial construction projects. After these successful careers, he founded Skidder Construction Inc. and launched it in 2017 with his wife, Casey.

Today, Dustin brings almost 20 years of experience to his clients and a reputation as one who is always honest, ethical, and trustworthy. Casey gained a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University in 2006. From here, she worked in outside sales before it was time for her to focus her time and energy on raising their children until they were in grade school. With the kids in school, Casey then evolved into the Vice President of Skidder Construction. She plays a key role in the personal relationship they have with their clients. By asking the right questions at the right time, she helps their clients effectively make their construction project dreams a reality. With her sharp attention to detail, she is also the unofficial quality assurance inspector, making sure quality work is delivered on time all the time.

Casey now has over 10 years of experience with her sales background and her talent for being able to help with interior design, material selections, and bringing all her and the client’s beautiful ideas to life. Casey has spent countless hours attending showrooms and going to the building expos to make sure Skidder Construction has partnerships with the best vendors who offer the highest quality products and the most affordable prices the market has to offer.
