Do you offer General Contractor Services for Commercial work?
Yes, we are a full-service commercial building contractor as well, this is a totally separate service from our Residential side of the company.
What type of commercial projects can you perform?
We have a large variety of commercial project experience varying from multimillion-dollar ground up construction to small Tenant improvement projects.
Do you have a safety program?
Yes, on all our projects we hire a safety coordinator who creates a safety program that’s applicable to each job.
How many commercial jobs have you completed?
Skidder has over a hundred successful commercial projects that they have completed.
Does Skidder self-perform any work on commercial projects?
No, all this work is performed by overqualified subcontractors that we have spent years vetting out and building long relationships with.
